The Pacers return to the road, where they seem to feel more at home in this crazy season, when they take on the Thunder in Oklahoma City.
Prior to the game there is a little bit of hopeful health news for the Pacers despite the stacked injury report but several players have “improved” to questionable from out. With seven players still in limbo the Pacers, if any of those questionables are given the go ahead, they could really use Goga Bitadze or Domantas Sabonis to give the team a little size with JaKarr Sampson and Myles Turner already ruled out.
The Pacers beat the Thunder a ten days ago thanks to a career night from Oshae Brissett. That loss was part of a 14 game losing streak the Thunder put together before surprising the Celtics in Boston this past Tuesday.
The Pacers are holding on to ninth place in the East by a half game over Washington. The result in OKC could go a long way to determining if the Pacers can maintain a play in spot or open up a chance for Chicago or Toronto (both 3.5 games behind) to catch them at the finish line.
