The Pacers have a home game in Orlando...against the Magic. Of course, that’s not abnormal for NBA bubble ball.

The Pacers will try to push their re-start record to 3-0 while winning back-to-back games when they take on the Magic for the third time this season. The Pacers won the first two meetings despite being short handed in both.

This time around they will still be without Jeremy Lamb and Domantas Sabonis, but the Magic will also be without Jonathan Isaac and Al-Farouq Aminu. Isaac hit the Pacers for 25 points and was a general front-court problem in the first meeting.

Vegas, er, Indiana online bookmakers, must be giving the back-to-back some extra weight because they favor the Magic in this one by 1.5 points, despite the Pacers past success. I guess Sabonis is worth a point along with the home-not-home court advantage.

Regardless, the Pacers will need a better effort from the reserve unit to help play for a win in the fourth quarter. The ineffectiveness of the bench forced the starters to play heavy minutes to beat the Wizards which could show up late if the starters have to do all of the heavy lifting, again.
