Pacers vs. Trail Blazers: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

Hell yeah, we’re having a scrimmage game thread! Let’s go!

The Pacers play the first of three scrimmage games in Orlando when they face the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday.

Nate McMillan didn’t commit to a lineup or playing rotation with a few injuries mucking up his best laid plans. The primary concern on the injury front is the plantar fasciitis bothering Domantas Sabonis which will keep him sidelined against the Blazers, as he has been for the past several days of practice.

The game will be played with four 10-minute quarters instead of the usual 12-minute quarters in an effort to let teams ease back into action. Despite the neutral site, the Pacers will be considered the home team so they will have control of the game environment.

Feel free to let yourself overreact to a player performance that will most likely not tell us anything about how said player or the team will fare once the games start to count. It’s been awhile.
