The Pacers (35-24) resume their season series with the Cavaliers (17-42) on Saturday night at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
The teams played twice in the Pacers first five games of the season, splitting the first two with the home team winning.
Much has changed since those early season matchups including the coach for the Cavs. After the All-Star break, J.B. Bickerstaff took over for John Beilein essentially putting any future failure of the team on the players and those players have initially responded well. The Cavs are 3-2 since the change including wins over Miami and Philly.
The Pacers are now playing with Victor Oladipo and are 3-1 since the All-Star break. Rebounding has been a problem in Pacers losses this season and the Cavs will certainly test the Pacers on the glass with Tristan Thompson and Kevin Love providing a big/big matchup.
