The Pacers need to make the home court work to their advantage against Bucks.

The Milwaukee Bucks are the top team in the East and with reigning MVP, Giannis Antetokoumpo always entertaining to watch.

Unfortunately, they have also been a brutal matchup for the Pacers, punishing the good guys in the prior two meetings this season. The results were much the same last year with the exception of the Pacers win at home in one of the four games where everything clicked and the defense was able to keep Giannis under wraps.

Riding a six game losing streak, the Pacers are past due for everything to click. Plus, Giannis missed the Bucks’ last game due to the birth of his son and may not join the team in Indy. If he does return, he’s likely been distracted for a few days.

So the time is now for the Pacers to win a game most expect them to lose, similar to some losses of late where they were expected to win. That’s how the NBA goes and the thought of sitting on a seven-game losing streak over the extended All-Star break is brutal.

Just like the Pacers, the fans have to keep battling through the tough times. The recent crowds at BLF have been great despite the frustrating finishes. No time to stop now.
