The Pacers (22-14) wrap up their mini-roadie in Charlotte on Monday night where they face the Hornets (15-23) for the third time the season.

A short-handed Pacers team dumped their first game in Charlotte, letting an early lead slip away before losing in OT. The Pacers evened the season series at the Fieldhouse, rolling to a 107-85 win with Myles Turner and Domas Sabonis back in the lineup.

The Hornets are coming off a strong road win over the Mavericks, their second consecutive win after losing the prior six games. The Pacers are struggling while once again playing short-handed with four losses in their last five games.

T.J. McConnell’s (ankle) status looms large with the Pacers already playing without Malcolm Brogdon. Regardless, if Devonte’ Graham and/or Terry Rozier get cooking, Edmond Sumner, assuming his knee holds up, could be key to slowing down the Hornets off the bench.
