Myles Turner and Team USA are back in action this morning, which is this evening in Shanghai, China, when they face Turkey in the second game of Group E play for the Americans.

USA cruised past the Czech Republic in the first game which saw Turner start the game and play 16 minutes. While he didn’t shoot particularly well, he did find seven shots in the opener which showed solid signs of aggressive play.

Turkey has a few familiar faces to NBA fans with a roster including Cedi Osman (Cavaliers), Ersan Ilyasova (Bucks) and Furkan Korkmaz (76ers). Yep, wing players for days.

Team USA is favored by about 20 points, but if things get dicey, Coach Pop may go small with a lineup that has Harrison Barnes acting as the center. This group has worked well together and would match up well with Turkey. Hopefully, all 12 get some time in a variety of lineups.
