Summer League Game Thread: Pacers vs. Grizzlies

New, comments

The Pacers tip off Summer League action in Las Vegas Saturday evening.

Pacers fans will get their first opportunity to see the team take the court since the 2019 NBA playoffs as Aaron Holiday and Edmond Sumner lead the Summer Pacers against the Summer Grizzlies in their first game of the 2019 Las Vegas Summer League.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. ET and will be aired on NBATV.

Holiday and Sumner will be joined by 2018 second round draft pick Alize Johnson. Also, two-way forward Brian Bowen will finally get to showcase his talents in the United States after a long recruiting scandal that forced him to pay overseas last year.

The Pacers will be without Goga Bitadze, the team’s first round draft pick this year, as he works out his visa.

The Grizzlies will be without the second pick of the 2019 NBA draft, Ja Morant, who is recovering from minor knee surgery. They are headlined by Ivan Rabb and Bruno Caboclo, who have playing experience in the Association.
