Magic vs. Pacers: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

The Pacers host a feisty Magic team hunting for a playoff spot in the East.

NBA: Indiana Pacers at Orlando Magic Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Pacers host the Magic on Saturday night for the third of four regular season matchups between the two teams.

Both teams have cashed in wins on their home floor in the prior two meetings. Both of those games didn’t include Victor Oladipo, but neither had Wesley Matthews in the mix to help fill the void for the Pacers. Domantas Sabonis is not ready to play, but Tyreke Evans will be available, also a key cog missing in the loss to the Magic in Orlando.

The Magic find themselves in a battle for the playoffs after winning seven of their last nine games. Orlando sits a half game out of the eighth spot in the East and has recent wins over Toronto, Milwaukee and Golden State. They also have recent losses to Chicago and the Knicks. Regardless, they have found something that works and the Pacers will have to show up better than they did in Orlando when Terrence Ross caught fire off the bench to score 30 points and hand the Pacers the L in their last matchup.
