The Pacers survived a whole game without adding to the injury list, so the starting unit remains available to take on the Jazz at BLF on Wednesday night.

Utah has a pair of homecomings of sorts, with former Pacers Bojan Bogdanovic playing his first game at the Fieldhouse since joining the Jazz after two years of exceeding expectations earned him a solid free agent payday.

The Jazz also acquired local legend, Michael Conley in the offseason adding a veteran presence in the back court to combine with dynamic Donovan Mitchell. The former Lawrence North stand out will always be comfortable at BLF where he won three state titles.

This matchup gives the Pacers a chance to beat a team above .500 and affirm their early season success against a light schedule. The Pacers do have two wins over .500 teams thanks to the recent surge by the Brooklyn Nets to improve their record to 9-8.

Jazz center Rudy Gobert missed the team’s last game in Milwaukee with a sprained ankle and remains questionable. Gobert’s presence alters the game drastically and creates a challenging matchup for the Pacers’ bigs. No, I’m not going to mention the USA vs. France game. Oops, sorry, Myles.

Oh, and the Pacers will play in their new City Edition uniforms.
