Pacers vs. 76ers: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

The Pacers try to slow down the Sixers in Philly on Tuesday night as both teams battle for playoff spots in the East.

The Pacers stay on the road to play the 76ers on Tuesday night in a critical game for playoff seeding in the East.

The game tonight begins the Pacers 15-game finish to the regular season which is the toughest finish in the NBA. While sitting in third place, 11 games over .500 is a beautiful site, maintaining that lofty position will be a struggle, as will holding off the Sixers and other teams trailing close behind in the Eastern Conference standings.

In fact, a win tonight may be the difference in holding off the Sixers since the winner will hold the tie breaker between the teams. For the Pacers, a win puts them up by three games in the standings which becomes four games with the tie breaker. A loss by the Pacers draws Philly within a game in the standings which is essentially a tie with the Pacers.

The Pacers remain fully healthy but it appears Nate McMillan will continue starting Cory Joseph at point guard with Darren Collison running the reserve unit.
