The Pacers beat the Hornets on Monday at the Fieldhouse, 105-96 pulling away in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Myles Turner came up huge off the bench with 22 points and as a result, is now back in the starting lineup for the Pacers. Dwight Howard creates a tough matchup for Turner and the Pacers so Domas Sabonis will be needed to share the defensive burden of pounding in the paint against Howard at times.
After seeing Marvin Williams (ankle) being helped to the x-ray room at the Fieldhouse on Monday, it is no surprise he is out for Charlotte. Frank Kaminsky will likely take his spot in the starting lineup with Cody Zeller expected to return in a reserve role for the Hornets.
Coach Nate McMillan is not with the team due to personal reason so Dan Burke will be calling the shots from the top chair on the bench. McMillan expects to be back with the team on Saturday when they host the Sixers.
