The Pacers return to the Fieldhouse to face the New York Knicks on Sunday evening.
After a monster effort and win in Boston on Friday, the Pacers will try to back up that effort and maintain their positive momentum as they continue battling in the East for playoff real estate among several teams. Stringing together a streak of wins would be big and with two game remaining before the All-Star break, the rest will be well earned with a pair of wins over the Knicks on Sunday and then Brooklyn on Wednesday.
The Knicks have lost their last five games and eight of the last ten and recent injuries have not helped. Enes Kanter is expected to play against the Pacers after oral surgery kept him out in their last game against Toronto. However, Kristaps Porzingis also missed the Toronto game but will be out for the long haul with surgery scheduled for Tuesday to repair a torn ACL in his left knee.
In teams split their prior two meetings earlier this season with the home team winning both games.
