The Pacers visit the 76ers on Friday night looking to avenge a 100-94 loss in early November at the Fieldhouse.
The loss was one of those games the Pacers dump despite a big scoring night from Victor Oladipo, who scored 36 points but needed 30 shots to do so. The Pacers also only had 19 assists for their 37 FGs.
Since then Oladipo has missed 10 games before returning to a team that found success sharing the load on both ends of the floor. Working Vic back in on Wednesday worked quite well against the Bucks, now they will get another big test against all of the matchup problems Philly presents.
The Pacers can surge to third place in the East with a win while remaining in the shadow of second place Milwaukee. The Bucks (vs. Cavs) and Celtics (vs. Hawks) will likely win tonight, so a loss won’t only snuff out the positive feelings and end a five-game winning streak for the Pacers, it will also dropped them to fifth in the East.
