The Pacers are back out on the road for their next three games starting Monday night when they make their annual visit to Minneapolis to play the Timberwolves.
After beating the Nets on Saturday night without reserve big man, Domantas Sabonis, the Pacers will start the trip with Sabonis back in the rotation. As will be the case in most games this season, the reserve unit will be critical to the Pacers success against the top-heavy talent on the T’Wolves roster.
Jimmy Butler has long been a problem for the Pacers and after stirring up problems for Minnesota before the season, he is in the lineup alongside former Pike/Pacers guard Jeff Teague and the young fellas Butler has clashed with — Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins. Towns was at the top of Myles Turner’s draft class in 2015 so this is always a big matchup for Turner who is battling to improve his production within the Pacers starting lineup.
TJ Leaf (ankle) remains out for the Pacers
