Paul George and the rest of Team USA move up to NoCal on Tuesday night for an exhibition rematch against China at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
The first game saw USA squash China 106-57 in Los Angeles, led by Kevin Durant with 19 points and Klay Thompson with 17. Those two will be a big focus on Tuesday as KD plays in front of his new home crowd at Oracle while wearing the red, white and blue.
Assuming China doesn’t import a new, more lethal lineup, concerns about the summer wear and tear on PG while playing for the Olympic team remain minimal. In a 15-20 minute role in the rotation, the physical toll won’t surpass most summer league pro am workouts.
Tip time tonight is at 10 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on NBA TV and Facebook live.
