Myles Turner has not been shy about his expectations to improve his game and blossom as a star for the Pacers. While the talk is fine, apparently the work he has been putting in is starting to show in Las Vegas as he plays with the USA Select team, preparing Team USA for the Rio Olympics.
Marc J. Spears from The Undefeated is as solid and reliable an NBA observer and scribe as we have covering the game. He’s also not prone to hyperbole, so when he Tweeted his impressions about Turner’s play I certainly l raised an eyebrow.
Myles Turner has been playing on the @usabasketball Select team like he should be on the varsity team.

And he wasn’t the only one impressed with Turner.
Myles Turner looks fantastic in this scrimmage. Stuffed a Cousins post up, then drained a 3 https://t.co/n5YDfkh3lE

Playing with and against all of these quality NBA players and standing out, should continue to bolster Turner’s confidence and keep him on the grind for greatness. Here he is welcoming Paul George to the Myles High Club.
That vine may run a few loops in the Pacers locker room during training camp.
