Knicks vs. Pacers: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

The Pacers return home to don the Hickory Pacers uniforms and take on the New York Knicks for the first of three games this season.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The Pacers face the Knicks for the first time this season which seems odd since we are closing in on the first of March. The home team will break out the Hickory Pacers uniforms once again and also honor the Crispus Attucks High School championship teams of the 1950's led by Oscar Robertson and Hallie Bryant.

The Knicks have a lineup that matches up pretty well with the Pacers but their struggles have interim head coach Kurt Rambis considering a change. That could put Langston Galloway into the starting lineup in place of Jose Calderon although it is hard to see how that may alter NYK's fortunes.

Paul George and Carmelo Anthony is always a much-anticipated matchup and as my man, Phil Naessens says, Melo gets amped up for the All-Star matchups. However, that star matchup may play second billing to the rookie matchup of Myles Turner and Kristaps Porzingis.
