The Indiana Pacers announced earlier this afternoon that starting point guard George Hill (right elbow sprain) is listed as questionable for tonight's game as the team travels to Miami to take on the heat. If Hill is in fact inactive come game time, we can expect rookie Joe Young to get some quality minutes.
The Pacers (30-25) currently sit in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, whereas Miami (31-24) sits just one spot ahead at the fourth-seeded team in the East. With recent wins over the Oklahoma City Thunder and Orlando Magic, the Pacers will look to keep the momentum going and continue to move up in the East as the playoffs approach.
Indiana remains without guard Rodney Stuckey (right ankle sprain). If Hill misses some time, if any, it could pose as a significant blow to a Pacers team that needs to remain on a hot streak in an Eastern Conference that seeds three through eight are only removed by no more than four games.
Continue to look for updates regarding Hill's status as tip-off approaches.
