The Pacers begin their post-All-Star break schedule in the spotlight on ESPN's Friday night broadcast when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Thunder are a tough matchup for the Pacers with the dynamic attack duo of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant demanding full attention. That means the Pacers will need a few of their winning indicators to come together to be in position to win late in the fourth quarter.
That means Paul George plays like an All-Star. Monta Ellis gets his 15-20 points. George Hill drains those spot up threes. C.J. Miles knocks down 3-4 threes off the bench. Turnovers don't mount nor do free throw misses. Ian Mahinmi and Myles turner avoid foul trouble and protect the rim.
Doesnt' seem like too much to ask, does it?
Fortunately, the Pacers will have Jordan Hill (dislocated ring finger) available off the bench which will give an offensive boost if Miles isn't able to do so for the reserve unit.
