Pacers vs. Heat: Game thread, lineups, odds, TV info and more

Pacers tip off a three-game roadie in Miami where they will play the Heat for the first of three matchups this season.

Robert Mayer-USA TODAY Sports

The Pacers will try to ramp up their road effort to match the success they enjoyed in their past two home games.

Rodney Stuckey was listed as quesetionable but after going through shootaround appears ready to assume his important role off the bench for the Pacers. Monta Ellis remains out which will keep Glenn Robinson III in the starting lineup.

The Heat have a brutal home record at 3-8 but did win their last home game over the Washington Wizards. They Heat are also missing some help on the offensive end with Dion Waiters out and also the defensive end with Justise Winslow out.

While this game appears to set up well for the Pacers to secure another win, keep an eye on Rodney McGruder. Playing his first season in the NBA after playing in Hungary and the D-League for three years, McGruder's career high is 14 points. If the Pacers do dump this game, you can bet that McGruder will be that odd guy on the opponent to torch the Pacers for a career high.

Also, former Carmel Greyhound and Pacers power forward, Josh McRoberts is expected to start for the Heat alongside Hassan Whiteside which gives Miami an active front court for the Pacers to contend with tonight.
