Hornets vs. Pacers: Game thread, lineups, odds, TV info and more

The Pacers were buried by the Hornets in their first meeting, but an adjustment to the lineup due to injury may play in the Pacers' favor this time around.

Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

The Pacers will try once again to win consecutive games for the first time in a month when they host the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night at BLF.

Monta Ellis (strained groin) is out which will by default give many fans what they'e been clamoring for -- a starting lineup with Glenn Robinson III at the two. Robinson's length should help matchup with Charlotte's wing length which was a problem for Ellis in the first game won by the Hornets, 122-100.

Nic Batum and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist took turns taking advantage of their size on Ellis early in that game. Other storylines of interest with the Hornets include former IU and Washington Hatchet Cody Zeller starting at center for Charlotte with former Pacers center, Roy Hibbert backing him up.
