The Pacers seemed to treat their win over the Lakers like a loss, taking stock of the issues that led to a late fade, forcing Paul George to cape up and save the W.

The good news about the NBA regular season is that there is little wait for another game. For the Pacers, that game is tonight in Milwaukee where they play the Bucks with a chance to win consecutive games and more importantly, improve their overall level of play.

Without Rodney Stuckey, Nate McMillan adjusted the reserve rotation against the Lakers. Having Aaron Brooks and playing the vets seemed to help the offense but defense throughout the playing rotation remains a concern.

The Bucks, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, will present some unique matchup issues with their length. But in a lot of ways, the Pacers are still battling themselves and another game is another chance to show some progress.
