LeBron James is in town and as usual, bringing a strong supporting cast with him as the Cavs play the first two games at the Fieldhouse this season on Wednesday night.
Cleveland is grinding through a difficult week that saw them beat Charlotte on Sunday and Toronto on Tuesday in tightly contested games. Those wins over two of the top four teams in the East confirmed the Cavs claim as the top dog in the East. J.R. Smith (ankle) has been unavailable of late and remains questionable for Cleveland.
As for the Pacers, Rodney Stuckey (hammy) remains out although close to returning. Paul George should be in better shape after playing through a balky ankle on Monday. The Pacers have been sputtering through the season so far but will need to be firing on all cylinders to compete with the Cavs and show what type of team they are capable of being this season.
