NBA: Preseason-Indiana Pacers at Chicago Bulls Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

Before the Pacers made their way to Evansville Tuesday afternoon, they practiced at the Fieldhouse in preparation to face the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.

Following practice, Myles Turner, Jeff Teague and Nate McMillan spoke on a variety of topics which we discuss on the first part of the podcast. McMillan’s plans to begin using more a regular-season-ish playing rotation won’t go as planned with Paul George doubtful to play due to a lingering illness.

Myles Turner likes his team's depth the differences he feels on the court while starting his second season. Jeff Teague is adjusting nicely to his new teammates as they learn to run with him as he appreciates the number of players the Pacers have who can make plays with the ball.

Also, Nate McMillan complained about his defense on Monday and while some of those concerns are due to preseason issues, others may carry forward to the regular season. We touch on those issues based on CC’s wonderful dive into the topic on Tuesday.
