On episode 8 of Locked on Pacers we check in on reports from the Fieldhouse on Monday and the latest injury news as the Pacers prepare to play the Bucks on Wednesday in Evansville.

Also, Nate McMillan often refers to Thad Young as a perfect spread four in today’s game even though Young rarely spreads the floor to the three point line. But if you look at the dynamic aspects of Young’s game at power forward you can see where he can create mismatches to give the Pacers an advantage as if he were parked behind the three-point line draining threes.

How would you define the spread four in today’s game? Do the Pacers still need that big forward who can knock down threes or will using some combo of C.J. Miles and Paul George fill the need?
