Pacers Links: Paul George fined $10,000, George Hill questionable against Heat

New, comments

The Pacers begin a four-game road trip against the Miami Heat and may have to do so without point guard George Hill. Paul George will be ready although a little lighter in the pocket thanks to the NBA.

The NBA announced on Monday that they fined Pacers star Paul George $10,000 for "contributing to the altercation" with Marcus Morris at the end of the Pacers win over the Pistons on Saturday night. For his part, Morris was fined $15,000 for shoving PG.

At least this time PG didn't get in trouble for talking. But the tab of NBA fines George has accumulated through 33 games is impressive, currently sitting at $68,000. Scott Agness breaks down the bill.

George Hill questionable

Food poisoning kept George Hill out of practice on Sunday and he remains questionable for the game in Miami, according to Candace Buckner.

The Pacers plan to start big against the Heat, so if GHill can't go, C.J. Miles will likely slide into the starting shooting guard slot next to Monta Ellis in the backcourt.
