The Pacers try to shift into the winning lane on Thursday night when they take on the Hawks at BLF.
The Hawks are struggling of late, losing three of their last four games while also enduring a round of trade rumors involving Jeff Teague and the idea the front office may want to start over despite a solid veteran roster that is still in third place in the Eastern Conference.
Those aren't struggles. The Pacers can show the Hawks a thing or two about struggles. The Pacers have lost three games in a row and six of their last seven while sliding right to rhe edge of the playoff race and a .500 record in the process.
Frank Vogel continues to believe his team is closing in on turning things around as their health and defensive disposition improves, but only a win against the Hawks would back up that talk. After the Clippers beat the Pacers on Tuesday, they went to Atlanta and took care of the Hawks on Wednesday. That means the Hawks arrive on the back half of a back-to-back on the road. We've seen the Pacers bomb under such circumstances so it is time to take advantage of the schedule and cash in a W.
