Though the "hap-happiest season of all" is still a long way off, now is still the perfect time to "be of good cheer" because the design for next season's NBA Christmas Day uniforms has already been leaked, via this exclusive from Uni Watch's Paul Lukas:
Not at all resembling pajamas, it is plain to see that the 2015 design (if confirmed) is a stark improvement over the 2013 sleeved uniforms.
But before you add this holiday-inspired look to your Christmas list, remember that the likelihood of the Pacers playing on the league's marquee game day and actually donning this gay apparel (Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la) next year is probably slim to none. In fact, the last time the Blue-and-Gold made an appearance on Christmas Day was more than a decade ago (December 25, 2004) against the Detroit Pistons. Which means, if two consecutive trips to the Eastern Conference Finals (2013, 2014) was not deemed enough for the Pacers to garner ratings on national television, 'tis will likely not be the season next Christmas either.
Check out the rest of the holly jolly designs here and please feel free to share your opinions about the 2015 NBA Christmas uniforms as compared to the Pacers current uniforms in the comments section.
