Pacers vs. Knicks: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

New, comments

The Pacers and Knicks play for the second time in four days on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The Pacers will try to win their first road game since Feb. 20 in Philadelphia when they take on the New York Knicks on Saturday. Of course, the Pacers have only played one road game since that win in Philly, a Feb. 24 loss at Oklahoma City which is also the only loss in the last eight games for the Pacers.

The Pacers pounded the Knicks at the Fieldhouse last Wednesday which makes the matchup tonight look like another easy win for the Blue and Gold. But this is the NBA and strange things happen from night-to-night, especially on the road.

But really, the Pacers would have to play a big role in dumping a loss to the current Knicks lineup. Some dastardly concoction of fatigue, overconfidence and apathy would have to overcome the Pacers which should be easy to avoid since their current dog fight for playoff position helps keep the focus on the task at hand each night.
