The Indiana Pacers won a shootout over the Detroit Pistons, shooting 59.7% and scoring 114, both season highs for the Pacers. Both Indiana and Detroit made 12 three pointers, but it was the overall shooting of the Pacers, who held Detroit to 49.4%, that put Indiana over the top, closing out a late win.

All five starters shot over 50%, led by George Hill who scored 20 points on 8-12 shooting with six assists in 25 minutes of action as he returned to the starting lineup. Roy Hibbert scored 16 points with 12 boards (five offensive), blocking three shots and shooting 8-11 from the floor. C.J. Miles and C.J. Watson each reached double figures thanks to 4-6 shooting nights from three point range.
