Pacers Links: Pacers looking ahead to Jazz, Roy Hibbert not looking back

The Pacers return to the court in Utah on Saturday night looking to bounce back from a fatal finish in Portland to close out their roadie with a win.

The Pacers will try to avenge a scary loss to the Jazz at the Fieldhouse back on Halloween night, when they visit Utah on Saturday night.

In the last meeting, Jazz center Rudy Gobert gobbled up 17 rebounds and blocked three shots. Due to a recent MCL knee sprain, Gobert will not be available for Utah. The combo of Gobert and Derrick Favors made the Jazz one of the NBA teams that can nullify the Pacers' spread offense with two legit bigs. Sans Gobert, the spread lineup will look much better for the Pacers.

Speaking of long, big men, Candace Buckner shares a story about her efforts to touch base with Roy Hibbert after the Pacers played the Lakers. Considering Big Roy reluctantly spoke in meaningless gibberish for the bulk of his final season in Indiana, it is no surprise he eventually spoke with CB while not actually saying anything meaningful.
