Pacers vs. Trail Blazers: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

The Pacers play the second half of a back-to-back in Portland on Thursday as they try to push their win streak to seven games by beating the Blazers.

The Pacers have to throw up a clunker sooner or later, right?

The only real clunker they've had so far was a home loss to Utah on Halloween. They at least had a chance to win late in the fourth quarter in the other four losses.

After two strong performances in Los Angeles, including extending a lot of effort to put away the Clippers on Wednesday night with Paul George playing 41 minutes, the Pacers face a young Blazers team that has enough fire power to catch the Pacers on a clunker.

Having said that, the 4-0 West Coast swing remains a reality and I don't mind being greedy. The Blazers are a team in transition and playing really young with four starters around 25 years old in addition to 20-year-old Noah Vonleh. Damina Lillard remains the guy that makes good things happen for the Blazers so containing his outbursts will be job No. 1 for the Pacers to get out of the Rose City with a W.
