The Pacers are back home looking to get better once, again when they host the Toronto Raptors on Monday night.
The Raptors remain one of the top teams in the East a perch they've maintained since opening night when the Pacers couldn't get over the hump at the end and took a loss at Air Canada Centre.
The Pacers struggled on the playing a back-to-back on the road Saturday night in Detroit, but now catch the Raps under the same circumstances. Yes, the Raptors home win on Sunday was against the Sixers. Yes they won by 20 points, but the W wasn't as easy to secure as it appears on the surface. Midway through the fourth quarter, Philly was within six points before Toronto closed on a 19-5 run.
So there are no excuses for the Pacers getting outworked on their home floor tonight.
