Think Paul George is feeling all right?  The star forward could do no wrong in the Pacers 115-112 preseason victory over conference foe Detroit Pistons. His night started strong after going eight for eleven and 20 points... in the first quarter. He would not stop there as PG13 would go on to score 32 points in just 24 minutes played.  George shot ten of 17 from the floor, including five of nine from downtown. Defensively, his counterpart Marcus Morris was just three of nine from the field.

The Pacers started out with a large lead, but watched it diminish after George's departure for the evening. The late charge was led by guard Joseph Young and forward Glenn Robinson III. Young played sparingly throughout the night before becoming a rotation regular in the fourth. Young would finish with an impressive 18 points in 22 minutes played, but none more important than the six free throws he knocked down in the game's final ticks. Robinson III received a quality 24 minutes and finished with 13 points and five boards.

Despite getting outscored 26-39 in the third quarter, the Pacers gathered themselves and regained the lead late. They would go on to outscore the Pistons 30-21 in the fourth to seal the victory.

Final Stat Leaders:

Points- Paul George 32

Rebounds- Shayne Whittington 8

Assists- George Hill 8

Blocks- Myles Turner 2

Also, of note:

Myles Turner and Jordan Hill combined for 13 rebounds in 30 minutes played.

The Pacers as a team shot 45 percent from the field, 46 percent from three and 83 percent on free throws.

The Pacers next game is on Thursday against the Orlando Magic at home. The game will begin from Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 7 pm.
