Pacers Links: Pacers move forward with Rodney Stuckey but will there be another move?

New Pacer Rodney Stuckey knows all about change after spending his first seven seasons with the Detroit Pistons. Will the Pacers make another change before the season starts?

Flip Saunders, Michael Curry, John Kuester, Lawrence Frank, Maurice Cheeks and John Loyer are the SIX coaches Rodney Stuckey played under during his SEVEN NBA seasons in Detroit.

That helps explain why his career has been a roller coaster of production while languishing on poor Pistons' teams, quick to change direction from year-to-year.

No, Stuckey is not the missing piece the Pacers need to contend for an NBA title. But for a minimum veteran salary, he has enough talent to gamble on. However, even if he pans out perfectly for the Pacers, they return as a contender in the East but still lag further behind a few teams in the West as serious title contenders.

The roster is full at 15 which has been rare for the recent Pacers as they head into a new season. But the 2014-15 season remains over three months away, leaving plenty of time for additional roster changes via the trade route. There are still plenty of moves to be made around the NBA. Will the Pacers make one of those moves?

Oh, and here is Lance Stephenson and Paul George teaming up one last time at the ESPY's with Drake.
