Pacers vs. Heat Links: Eastern Conference Finals previews lineup behind LeBron in six

It is hard to bet against the champs when they also boast the best player in the league, so it is no surprise the analysis heading into the series favors the Heat.

Heat in six.

It appears the consensus prediction around the NBA Internets is the path of least resistance with the Heat in 6. Makes sense, considering the Pacers unreliable play and the fact that the home court advantage they earned in the regular season could be erased with a split of the first two games.

Plus, when push comes to shove in tight games, the Heat still have LeBron James to lean on. Time and again, the Heat have rallied from late deficits with a furious attack led by LBJ. To the aggressor goes the whistles and yeah, been there done that. Some how, some way they can get it done.

That's the hump the Pacers are trying to get over, and until they prove they can get past the Heat, the doubts will remain.

There was one writer on the Sun Sentinel staff who picked the Pacers in seven, but I'm pretty sure he just drew the short straw.

Here are a few previews. Please feel free to add more preview links in the comments as you run across them prior to Game 1 on Sunday afternoon.
