The Pacers beat the Bucks on Saturday in Milwaukee without Turner as they shook off the post-Granger trade hangover with an effort that was less than inspired. Speaking of Danny Granger, the former Pacers star agreed to a buyout with the Sixers and is now weighing his options to join a team for the remainder of the season.
Sources told ESPN.com on Wednesday that Granger, after playing in Indiana for the first nine seasons of career, is determined to hear out all of his suitors before making a commitment, with the other two teams in Texas - Houston and Dallas - also trying to wedge their way into contention alongside the Clippers and Spurs by registering bids of their own.
Also, Orlando Johnson signed a 10-day contract with the Sacramento Kings after the Kings recently let Jimmer Fredette go. After reading comments on Pulp by Kings' coach Michael Malone it sounds like he plans to keep the former Pacer around for the remainder of the season and is looking forward to him sharing his work ethic and some of that Pacers culture he was immersed in the past couple of years.
