The Pacers hung out in Denver on Friday night while the Nuggets hosted and beat the Clippers which sets up a rare home back-to-back for Denver.
Prior to beating the Clips, the Nuggs had lost seven of their last eight games, so once again it appears the Pacers are catching Denver when they may be ready to move momentum in a positive direction. The Nuggets snapped a six-game losing streak when they pasted the Pacers 108-87 a month ago at the Fieldhouse. Arron Afflalo and Ty Lawson a balanced attack in that game which played out like an enough-is-enough game for Denver. Kinda like the game the Pacers threw at the Lakers before leaving town.
The Pacers are coming off a close loss to the Clippers but still have some of their own positive momentum building. Returning the favor with an enough-is-enough effort of their own against the Nuggets would be a nice way to keep working through what has been a brutal December schedule thus far.
