The Indiana Pacers remain desperate for a W when they host the Portland Trail Blazers for their annual visit to Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
After losing their seventh consecutive game in Toronto on Friday, the Pacers are stuck looking for lineup combinations that might trigger a positive turn of momentum (or at least a lead at some point in the game). Depending on the status of C.J. Miles, the Pacers may need to tweak their starting lineup once again.
The Blazers beat the Pacers, 88-82 in Portland ten days ago in an entertaining game at the Moda Center. Since then the Blazers have been on the road and will play their fourth game in five days on Saturday.
There will be no sympathy for the Pacers losing streak, since Portland has dropped their last two, including a 115-106 loss to the Bulls in Chicago on Friday night. LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard scored 35 points EACH, but Portland's starters played heavy minutes in the battle against the Bulls.
