During Frank Vogel's tenure as coach, the Pacers have often streaked in a winning or losing direction which was not always predictable. Injury and schedule are always factors, and currently the Pacers are streaking in the wrong direction with no end in sight, at least for the next three games.
Did you ever think seeing Kobe Bryant and the Lakers on the schedule would serve as a bright light of hope to point toward for some relief?
Will this be one of those times when the Pacers come out and put everything together to swing their game in the other direction?
"We're down. We're frustrated. We want to win. So when I say morale's okay, I mean we still believe," Vogel said. "We're still getting after it with the approach that the next game could change our momentum."
Just looking for a spark. Vogel continued to offer what has become the mantra for the season thus far.
"I like our effort. I don't like our record."
That could very well be the case against the Cilppers. A strong effort may not be rewarded with a win. The Clippers are streaking, as well, after logging eight consecutive wins as the prep to tip at the Fieldhouse.
So do you think the Pacers will win before Monday? Which of the next three games gives them the best chance to halt the losing?
