The Pacers will have a little more support off the bench tonight as Rodney Stuckey returns ready to play. Stuckey has been practicing with the team this week and after shootaround today Frank Vogel reported the guard would be available against the Hornets.
Stuckey played reserve minutes in the first four games of the season but has missed the last seven games after aggravating his left foot injury midway through the game in Atlanta. Stuckey played 18 minutes three days later against Milwaukee on Nov. 4, but remained day-to-day. The next day, he sat out in Washington and hasn't returned since.
Stuckey's return should allow Solomon Hill to slide over to small forward for a few minutes throughout the game.
Vogel also ruled C.J. Miles out against the Hornets with his lingering calf strain. A migraine forced Miles to miss four games before he returned last Friday against Denver. Miles only made it four minutes before hurting his calf which has him day-to-day but just no today.
