Pacers radio broadcast team shuffles lineup

Mark Boyle continues to deliver the HD visual for Pacers radio broadcasts, but his supporting cast will be a bit different this year.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

A couple of weeks ago, I was driving around on a Sunday afternoon and heard the familiar voice of Kevin Lee on the radio. It took a minute for me to compute that I wasn't listening to an Indy Car show or some Pacers or Coltes coverage but instead the national broadcast of a random NFL game on Westwood One.

That gig along with several other radio and TV broadcast opportunities for Lee will keep him from continuing his role on Pacers radio broadcasts, of which KLee has been a part of for the past 19 years. His role sitting courtside to report on in-game news to support Mark Boyle's play-by-play will be taken over by Pat Boylan or as Boyle refers to him, The Kid.

Slick Leonard will continue doing color commentary for home games with Scot Pollard joining Boyle on the road for 15 games. Pollard will also be part of the home TV coverage, splitting the postgame analyst duties with Stephanie White. Also, CSN NW announced that former TV host/sideline reporter Brooke Olzendam moved into a similar role with the Portland Trail Blazers where she will host the team's postgame show.
