The Indiana Pacers tip off the real season on Friday night when the rugged, veteran Memphis Grizzlies visit Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The Pacers continue to play through a loaded injury list with George Hill (knee), David West (ankle) and C.J. Watson (foot) still on the sidelines. That gives Solomon Hill room to start again, as Rodney Stuckey eases his way back from a foot strain that limited his court time in the season opener against Philly to 16 minutes.
Stuckey made the most of those minutes and his presence will be desperately needed again as he works his way back into game shape. Stuckey developed a reputation as an inconsistent performer in Detroit so we'll see how he backs up his performance on Wednesday in game two.
