The Pacers literally hit the road for their fourth preseason game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, taking a bus ride down I-74 to play at the Cintas Center in Cincinnati.

The game marks a Xavier University homecoming for David West, so the veteran forward should get some solid run in front of a friendly crowd. Frank Vogel wasn't sure how much the rest of his vets would play but expected to play his key players at least some against the Cavs.

Not all of the wing prospects will be suited and booted for a chance to guard LeBron James. C.J. Miles will take the night off (via Candace Buckner) which moves Solomon Hill into the starting lineup with first shot at covering James.

LeBron sat out the Cavs' win at home on Tuesday so he will be rested and ready for a few minutes. No word on whether or not Kevin Love will take the night off after leading the team on Tuesday. Kyrie Irving missed the past two games with an ankle injury and isn't expected to be in the lineup tonight.
