The Indiana Pacers won't have any problems focusing on the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night after getting pounded in the desert last week.
Goran Dragic and Gerald Green highlighted a hot shooting Suns' attack that lit up the Pacers while making over 54 percent of their shots. Green and Miles Plumlee hardly resembled the players that left the Fieldhouse in an offseason trade for Luis Scola. Both made big plays, displaying their athleticism which really put the Pacers in a bind.
The Pacers may have to adjust their defense to handle Dragic in the pick n roll and certainly need to guard the arc better than they did in the last meeting. A strong start at home would help, too. The Pacers spent much of the night in Phoenix chasing the Suns on the scoreboard which makes slowing the pace and dictating the terms of play a struggle at best.
Dragic will be a game-time decision after injuring his elbow last night in Milwaukee.
