The Indiana Pacers had their first half struggles, but built a 44-40 halftime advantage that sat at 58-50 with 7:07 left in the third quarter quickly spilled over into Toronto's favor when fouls mounted on Roy Hibbert. The Pacers offense was well out of sorts, especially considering Hibbert was their best scoring option, scoring just five points the rest of the third as Toronto took a 66-63 lead. The game was tied 74-74 when Toronto once again jumped all over the Pacers, putting the game on ice with a 16-3 run late in the quarter.

Hibbert led the Pacers with 16 points in just 21 minutes before fouling out. Danny Granger had a solid 11 points off the bench while Paul George struggled with 12 as only three Pacers reached double figures. The Pacers had 23 turnovers that led to 32 Toronto points, including 17 fast break points. Toronto shot 16 fourth quarter free throws, hitting 14 to close out the win behind DeMar DeRozan's 26.
