The Indiana Pacers face another dynamic point guard when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Tuesday night.
Fortunately, Kyrie Irving brings a bit of a different game than Russell Westbrook and John Wall, both of whom physically overwhelmed the Pacers at times with their combination of size and ridiculous athletic ability. Irving has played in two of the three games against Indiana, all won by the Pacers, but scored just 17 and 9 points, a good bit below his 22-plus points per game.
If George Hill can win his matchup again, the Pacers should complete the season sweep. While the Pacers are still chasing the No. 2 seed in the East, I will be surprised if Frank Vogel continues to play Paul George and Lance Stephenson monster minutes (around 40) for the rest of the regular season. There are simply bigger fish to fry in the post-season.
