Pacers Links: Pacers try to clinch Central Division against Wizards after collapse to Thunder

The Pacers still have to earn the Central Division title with a win in Washington which won't be as easy as it sounds.

The Indiana Pacers returned home with a bit of the blahs on Friday which is no way to play the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Pacers pride themselves on taking the fight to opponents and winning the battle of hustle plays, but the Thunder had the Pacers on their heels all night, trying to counter until OKC eventually delivered the knock out punch early in the fourth quarter.

The good news for the Pacers is that being on the wrong side in a disparity of effort is rare. The bad news is the Pacers still need a win to clinch the Central Division and will have their hands full when they visit the Washington Wizards on Saturday night. The Wizards are riding an eight-game home winning streak as they play the Pacers for the first time this season with John Wall.
