Pacers vs. Hawks Links: George Hill wins Indy point guard battle in Game 2

Paul George was huge...again. The bench was monstrous.

But the Pacers also won the point guard matchup in Game 2 where a pair of Indianapolis natives had a nice battle going throughout the game. Former Pike star, Jeff Teague was leading Atlanta's effort to attack the Pacers in the paint to start the game. He was fantastic, scoring 16 first-half points and joining forces with Devin Harris to keep the Hawks hanging around.

But George Hill won the second half big as the Pacers made the perimeter more appealing for Teague and the Hawks in the second half. The result was no more points for Teague while Hill scored 17 of his 22 points after the break including a back-breaking, second-chance three-pointer with six minutes remaining to put the Pacers up 17 and kill what remained of Atlanta's will on Wednesday night.

Hill has lived up to his part of the bargain as the Pacers X-factor and when the blue and gold get that type of production from Hill while winning the rebound battle (47-41) and only turning the ball over 10 times, they are simply going to win.
